Book A Free 10 Minute Meet and Greet Call
Schedule a free 10-minute meet and greet call. This will allow both of us to assess if I am the right psychologist for you. You can do this by calling me directly, emailing me or filling out the contact form at the top and bottom of this webpage.
Visit your GP and obtain a referral and mental health care plan (optional)
You can access a Medicare rebate with a GP referral and mental health care plan. This will require you to book an appointment with your GP. Be sure to tell them when booking you are wanting a mental health care plan.
Create an Account and Complete Intake Papper Work
Once you have attended a 10 Minute free introductory appointment, you will then need to sign up for an online portal account and complete the intake paperwork. The intake paper will need to be complete before I can see you for an appointment.
Book your First Appointment
You can then book an appointment with me over the phone or via the online portal.
