You can access a Medicare rebate with a GP referral and mental health care plan. This will require you to book an appointment with your GP. Be sure to tell them when booking you are wanting a mental health care plan.
Once you have attended a 10 Minute free introductory appointment, you will then need to sign up for an online portal account and complete the intake paperwork. The intake paper will need to be complete before I can see you for an appointment.
You can then book an appointment with me over the phone or via the online portal.
I do not provide services to young people under the age of 18. However Headspace provide free counselling and psychological support at several locations across Australia. Click on the image above to learn how to access headspace.
